Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
(a) Managing product listings and optimization, including unifying store style, and improving titles and descriptions.
(b) Familiarity with advertising, controlling ad spend, and optimizing keywords to increase ROI and sales.
(c) Knowledge of platform promotional activities, such as major sales and flash deals.
(d) Product selection and market analysis, including competitor analysis.
(e) Processing store orders and ensuring timely shipping.
(f) Coordinating with overseas warehouses for inventory, including product storage and shipment creation.
(g) Responding to customer inquiries and emails, ensuring pre- and post-sale service, maintaining response rate. Note: Response time should not exceed 12 hours to maintain response rate and avoid using prohibited words.
(h) Basic Photoshop skills for image editing and optimization, coordinating with company designers for promotional materials.
(I) Familiarity with Amazon's operational rules and strategic planning for major promotions.
(J) Basic image editing abilities and coordination with the company's design department for promotional materials.
(K) Completing tasks assigned by leadership and achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements
1.Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above.
2.Proficient in Chinese and English, both can be used as working communication languages.
3.Experience in Amazon operations is preferred.
4.Proactive, meticulous, responsible, sincere, earnest, and strong sense of purpose.
