Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
1.Prepare the payroll, profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
2.Maintain records of invoices, payments, etc.
3.Oversee and handle day-to-day accounting.
4.Manage cash flow effectively to meet operational requirements and control expenditure and cash flow.
5.Oversee the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial statements, year-end accounts, and statutory accounts.
6.Examine financial records to check for accuracy.
7.Handle all banking-related works.
8.Make payments through various modes like bank transfer, cash, cheques, etc, and keeping track of them.
9.Tax reporting and inventory processing.
10.Finalize accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.
11.Handle petty cash.
12.Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.
13.Liaise with Tax agent on tax-related reports and submissions.
14.Delegate responsibilities to team members or subordinates, providing clear instructions and timelines for completion.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
2.Accountancy/finance knowledge with 5 – 10 years of experience.
3.Proficient in Chinese and English, both can be used as working communication languages.
4.Proactive, meticulous, responsible, sincere, earnest, and strong sense of purpose, and leadership.
