Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
1.Plan, develop, and implement brand promotion strategies in Europe and America (with a focus on KOL campaigns), including new product launches, daily or important event promotions, etc.
2.Deeply understand the influencer ecosystem across all platforms in Europe and America, responsible for the development and maintenance of KOLs, and accountable for the growth and retention of KOL collaborations.
3.Identify and collaborate with media outlets in Europe and America that align with the brand's tone, responsible for PR-related content output, and accountable for its effectiveness.
4.Manage relevant marketing agencies/KOLs, ensuring that promotional projects are implemented as expected.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above, excellent English proficiency, relaxation of requirements for candidates with outstanding successful experience.
2. Two to three years of experience in marketing, branding, or media relations industries.
3.Experience in media communication, including KOLs/media outlets, etc.
4.Strong agency management skills.
5.Candidates with excellent brand promotion case studies are preferred.
6.Proficient in Chinese and English, both can be used as working communication languages.
