Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
1. Mainly responsible for the operation of Shopee/Lazada platform stores, including:
(a) Product listing and optimization (optimization includes unifying store style, optimizing titles, and descriptions).
(b) Familiar with store advertising, controlling advertising expenses, and improving advertising ROI and store orders through optimizing advertising keywords.
(c) Familiar with platform activity rules, major promotions/flash sales, etc.
(d) Need to do product selection work, have market analysis ability, and do competitive analysis.
(e) Timely processing of store orders and timely delivery.
(f) Coordination with overseas warehouses - including product warehousing, waybill creation, and other stocking matters, and inventory control.
(g) Respond to customer messages and emails in a timely manner, ensure pre-sale and after-sale service for products, and maintain store reply rate. Note: The response time interval must not exceed 12 hours.Exceeding the time will affect the store's reply rate, and prohibited words cannot be sent on the platform.
(h) Familiar with basic PS operations, have basic image optimization capabilities, and can cooperate with the company's graphic designer for major promotion materials or main images.
2. Familiar with the operation rules of Shopee/Lazada platforms, and reasonably plan and layout platform promotions.
3. Familiar with basic PS operations, have basic image optimization capabilities, and can cooperate with the company's design department for major promotion materials or main images.
4. Other tasks arranged by the leader to achieve the set sales performance goals.
Job Requirements
1.Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above.
2.Proficient in Chinese and English, both can be used as working communication languages.
3.Experience in Shopee/Lazada operations is preferred.
4.Proactive, meticulous, responsible, sincere, earnest, and strong sense of purpose.
