Job Responsibilities
1.Conduct in-depth market research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
2.Analyze data to develop marketing strategies, including customer segmentation and target market positioning.
3.Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand impact in the Singapore market.
4.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital media, print materials, and in-store promotions.
5.Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
6.Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities, making adjustments as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
7.Design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to local market needs, focusing on increasing brand awareness and sales performance.
8.Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign assets such as advertisements, promotional materials, and online content.
9.Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry associations.
10.Coordinate with local and regional sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
11.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
12.Track and report on marketing expenditures, ensuring campaigns stay within budget.
13.Plan and oversee the execution of product launches, trade shows, and promotional events.
14.Work with event agencies and vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
15.Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
16.Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development for team members.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
2.At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign planning.
3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with local and international teams.
4.Proficiency in market research tools, data analysis software (such as Google Analytics), and digital marketing platforms.
5.Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-departmental efforts efficiently.
6.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to market changes and handling unexpected issues effectively.
7.Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions for brand and market strategies.
8.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex market challenges independently.
9.Results-oriented, with the capability to set and achieve KPIs, ensuring the success of marketing activities.
