Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for building, improving, and refining the company's overall process systems, such as logistics and supply chain systems. This includes coordinating cross-departmental operations from a process perspective, promoting the establishment and continuous improvement of processes, and optimizing through iteration.
2.Participate in system solution design and deliver competitive software requirements.
3.Provide digital system solutions for the business team according to the company's strategic and digital transformation needs, driving the successful implementation of key projects.
4.Coordinate cross-departmental process integration issues to ensure the effective operation of processes.
5.Review existing company systems and processes, identify pain points, and assess potential risks in current processes.
6.Train company staff on business process management knowledge, methods, and tools, and promote the enhancement of process management thinking and methods across all departments.

Job Requirements
A full-time bachelor's degree or higher in management or computer-related fields. Candidates with familiarity in the cross-border e-commerce industry will be given preference.
